Humans of JRP: Dr Zupan

13006549_215480195498458_3668574302673436365_nWe have a lot of special moments when celebrating the achievements of our people, past and present. However, we have to admit this one is especially close to our hearts. Many of you will know Zorana Zupan, who has been carrying out her doctoral research at the University of Warwick in inhibition and attention of young children.

Zorana was the original Research Officer, the person most responsible for making the first journal partnership a reality, and a stakeholder from before we existed who continues to contribute to this day, seen here with Kai Ruggeri at the 2014 JRP Conference.

We are thrilled to report to you that, earlier this afternoon, she successfully defended her thesis ‘Control and development of time-based visual selection’, and has been awarded her PhD. We hope you will join us in sending a huge congratulations and take a moment to share in our thanks to her support over the years. Zorana has recently taken a postdoctoral position at the Behaviour and Health Research Unit at the University of Cambridge. We wish her all the best in her future endeavours and simply end with saying…

Congratulations Dr Zupan!!!

Note: If you are interested in reading more about Zorana’s work, check out her recent paper in the Journal of Experimental Psychology here.
