JRP Heroes: Introducing Dr. Richard Griffith

RichardStarting today, we will begin a “Hero Series”, so we can introduce you to the professionals who have gone out of their way in support of the young people we serve and without whom the JRP would not be where it is now.
Today, in the first part of the series, we honour Dr Richard Griffith, who has been an active supporter of the programme since 2014. Always enthusiastic to give encouraging words to our members and eager to keep up with the various JRP research projects, Dr Griffith has been a speaker and advisor to projects and the wider team like no other.
“The JRP experience has been quite special for me. I am not sure I have laughed and learned so much at the same time! It is very energizing to see young talented minds develop, and watch young researchers seize on the opportunity afforded them by JRP. I hope I can give back to the program for many years to come.”
– Dr Richard Griffith, Professor of Industrial Organizational Psychology and the Executive Director of The Institute for Cross Cultural Management at the Florida Institute of Technology (http://research.fit.edu/iccm/)
Thank you to Dr Griffith and to our many heroes, and keep an eye here for more stories about them in the future!
