For the fifth of our Heroes, meet (again) Mrs Frida Hylander. After joining the programme in 2012, she saw potential for the JRP to become more sustainable and wanted to elevate our profile. On her own initiative, she proposed a structure for the JRP and eventuall became the first Development Officer of the JRP. Her initiative now positions the JRP to offer more young psychologists an increasing number of research opportunities within a constantly evolving framework. Several exciting new initiatives to be announced in 2016 are entirely thanks to her efforts and passion. The JRP would be nothing without the dedication of its members and Frida – now a clinical psychologist and organisational consultant in Malmö, Sweden – is living proof of that. Thank you Frida!
